I am writing on behalf of my husband, Thomas Kriza, to thank you for your service. We ordered an Armenian Ceramic Passover Plate for this year's Passover, As it was out of stock, you sent us a silver-plated Passover Plate instead, to replace our order. Considering that Passover is just a few days away, and that a new order would not have made it in time, I am so thankful for your thoughtfulness in sending us a nice replacement. This is our first Passover as a married couple and it was so important for us to celebrate it accordingly.

Dear Sirs,
When my order no. 15056 arrived more than a week ago I was upset to see that the Seder Plate had been shattered to pieces. Unfortunately it seems my email to you, never arrived. But after my husband spoke to you on the phone and explained that the plate and everything else we ordered were presents for my sister-in-law for her engagement, the replacement plate arrived within no time (and completely unharmed). Fantastic. Thank you so very much. By the way, my sister-in-law loves the items and can’t wait to use them. As it so happens, I love them as well and I’m thinking of getting a similar dish very soon. This is definitely not the last time we ordered from you, as we are so happy with our purchase and the amazing customer service you provide. Keep up the good work and thanks again.

I ordered some products for Passover on 4/2/05, they arrived safely on 4/11/05.
Considering these were breakable items, I have to say the packaging was excellent - nothing broken. It takes almost as long to receive products mailed in this country (USA) and they don't always arrive in such good shape.
I AM ABSOLUTELY THRILLED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE merchandise AND WILL DEFINITELY BE ORDERING FROM YOU AGAIN. THIS HAS BEEN AN EXTREMELY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.
