Dear Sirs,
When my order no. 15056 arrived more than a week ago I was upset to see that the Seder Plate had been shattered to pieces. Unfortunately it seems my email to you, never arrived. But after my husband spoke to you on the phone and explained that the plate and everything else we ordered were presents for my sister-in-law for her engagement, the replacement plate arrived within no time (and completely unharmed). Fantastic. Thank you so very much. By the way, my sister-in-law loves the items and can’t wait to use them. As it so happens, I love them as well and I’m thinking of getting a similar dish very soon.
